We'll be up there from the 1st til the 11th.....finally doing our honeymoon thang!! But I think instead of riding during that 4th weekend, we'll be doing some ATV tours or something else to avoid some of the crowds.
Crap, mine's only got a 2.7"
I think with 200 PSI the tire may stretch to 3.0.... may make the trail feel a bit harsh however.....

Dont forget the ride on the 2nd......hope its nice down there, cuz 12 miles of climbing would really suck in the rain....

We aren't getting to Whistler until the 6th of July. Yes, I remember the ride on the 2nd. Tim and I were talking about it last night. I think I'm going to ride the Burner :dancing:
Freak: That sounds cool about the ATV tours! Kevin want to do one of those Hummer rock crawling things

Yes, though I'm not sure of the trails we are riding, just that we are riding down there on the 2nd. Tim is our leader :sneaky:

Cool those are the trails we road the day before I broke my ankle last August. You will like them, but your gonna be tired when it's done. We should be able to see partially into the crater from one of the trails.....see the dome and some steam, it's cool.

Don't think so.....unless your thinking about riding up Smith Creek :nono: :nono: you won't like it that way. Anyway that's what Trail Master Skookum and I talked about after Lk. Sawyer. Wish I could have road with you guys more that day but I don't get to ride with my kids much anymore, so when they want to go it's a must do thing for me.

Apparently the min. travel etc. was all rumors, I rode whistler on a hardtail with a manitou black opening day. 1.95" tires... yeah!!! Only one handlebar and one CF MMII went on to that fall. Man, my DH bike is looking cheaper and cheaper compared to my HT.

It's only because I told you the wrong date before :blah:
Maybe I'll got up that 4th of July weekend - obviously not to ride, but I can bring my camera and take photos. Wonder if they'll let me go on the chairlift w/o a bike - I have a season pass.

Most likely they will. Freak and I took the Gondola up to the top last weekend on Sun using our passes (it was dumping buckets so it was a fun way to kill some time.)
Oh that's right - I forgot about the gondola. Yay, I can make use of my season pass.
