Get really good and drunk. Or pissed, what have you.
Go to whatever greasy local eatery is open at three A.M.
Order Poutine and something else.
Cover with even more salt, and gorge until you are happily near ill.
Wake up late, ride all day, drink beer all night, and repeat.
Poutine should NOT be attempted at home, that is simply wrong.
Long live late night poutine.

God that is good s%&#. I miss it...
That, and the huge-ass foot-long burgers that I used to get near my dad's office in Montreal...

it is a Quebec thing. It has soooo much fat in it. mmmmmm
poutine=slang for "mushy mess" in Acadian english.

basically you use brown gravy, cheese curds and hot sauce.

crisp up the fries after frying twice and slop on the curds. Squirt hot sauce over and pour extremely hot non-lumpy gravy over the cheese.

YUMB

add one ice cold pepsi and catsup

That sounds better the more beers you have. I reckon after about half a dozen pints I'd be ready for that.

You have to use french fries, freedom fries will not work.

freedom fries kill me. Bad enough they are french.
how about frog fries.
We Onteribble residents pride ourselves in trashing Quebecers. It gets us points in Florida.

yes kiddies we call them frogs.

and

you must taste them in quebec. scrumptious.

don't forget the sugar pie for desert and a big ass jar of maple syrup "to go"*

Should get there Saturday night for either the extended play or just screwing around on the new and improved dirtjumps. Probably stay through at least Tuesday. Squamish and North Van are on the list so that will be the second part of our week.
