Side to Side Play, Easton Cully

I'm trying to rebuild a pair of Easton Cully platforms, with no prevail. No play up and down, but lots side to side. Any ideas on what to do?

Easton can be a pain without a reciept for the pedals. If purchased in last year they will warrent them no ? asked.

thanks. Have tried everything that I can think of. There is no reciept, so sending them back isn't an option. I was hoping to find a schematic of the pedals, to see if anything is missing. I can tell that they have been opened before, the bolts were a bit rached up, so I'm wondering if anything is missing. Nothing that I can tell, but something has to be wrong.
