i just bought a sherman firefly and im not sure how to set up the spv stuff, i have a shock pump, i just don't know how to set it up so it will be good for my riding, i do stunts with a lot of trail riding between stunts and jumps, i weigh 205 lbs and am 6'4", any help would be greatly appreciated.

the best way to set it up is to ride it for a bit on different settings. I'm not sure how the spv stuff works, but ride it at different pressures, for lack of a better word, then change according to how it feels.

Ya, just pump up the spv chamber, and its pretty much guess and check from there. Not everybody has the same riding style or suspension preference so its up to you. When i got my BH with a swinger spv, i just played around with it for a while till i got it where i wanted it, theres no magic number, just whatever feels best

The easiest setup for a SPV fork is to sell it and buy a TPC fork! :p
Kiss your small bump compliance good-bye. (or just lower your front tire pressure a bit)
