One of our friends went for a late-afternoon ride yesterday at SST. She had no complaints about the trail conditions. We'll be out there around 11ish.

I'd kill for a ride in mud at this point. Been rig-less for over 2 weeks now.
(insert endless string of profanities here)
At least the weather has been iffy at the same time. Coincidence?
Weather was good ht was rough no more single tracks. Got a trailpimp for the rear. Lots of people there today 2.

We did some work up top a month or so ago. Got plans for something else up near the top. Too lazy to go out there this weekend to do anything about it. Being rigless kind of kills ones motivation to head there.:(
Now that I'm re-unemployed, I might head down there a day or two this week w/ some tools.

Yeah...harshness. No Beacon this coming weekend for sure.
On the bright side, I do have my road bike working. For now I'm getting some quality miles so my legs will be able to pedal the extra poundage the new rig will bring.

once you get a job that is, one that can handle such an expensive sport like mountain biking. grrr why does mountain bike stuff have to be more expensive then even dirtbike stuff?

The stinging nettles are the official plant of SST.:)
That stuff grows mad this time of the year. I'll be sure to bring my trimmers & machete the next time I'm down there.
