I need to re-bleed my rear Hope Mono M4, does Hope make a special bleed kit for this brake or do I just use a normal Shimano or Hayes bleed kit?

Also, what type of a fluid does the brake use? Dot or Mineral?

you dont really need a bleed kit for hopes. a length of tubing that fits tightly over the bleed nipple and a catch container is all it takes.

So a Hayes kit will do just fine then right? Which kind of DOT fluid do I use? 4?

You can use DOT 3-4, DOT 4 or DOT 5.1 (my recommendation) You can use a Hope bleed kit, do it maunally without a bleed kit, however for best results the brakes should be vertical lever at the top caliper at the bottom. Also an automotive type bleeder works very well.
