has anyone had any experiance with manitou warenty claims? if so what was the problem (with the product) and the outcome. should i bother trying to claim on a ****y splice comp, or just get a better fork?

Try to warranty the shock. I don't know how Manitou does their RAs but they might tell you that you have to get it done through a shop. When you get it back, sell the fork for cash to help pay for something nicer and better.

Just curious, what is the exact problem with the fork? And what caused the problem? This are questions which the LBS and Manitou will ask.
