This bike looks to be in really nice condition and I suspect it would fit my girlfriend to a T - she's 5'6" - just like the seller. Sounds like this was owned by a woman based on the saddle choice.

Is $450 a good Buy it Now Price for this steel road bike? What leve of Campy stuff is on it?

It is not a bad deal. It uses Campy Veloce 8spd. It is the equiv to Deore/LX, with stamped (not forged) parts. The shifters are rebuildable, although I do not know how good is Campy's support for Veloce 8sp.

I would request a picture of inside the chainstays from the rear without the wheel. There is usually some tire wear and I saw a crack from a dent on the inside chainstay on a Bianchi model like this one.

Good price yes, I'd ride it, veloce 8spd is great and I'm sure that there's still a ton of life left in all the components, and for 450 I'd buy it for my brother if it was the right size.
