How do you bend the plywood( assuming plywood is correct), to get a good transition when your building a kicker or launch ramp? Thanks

k, just make the frame and then nail it to the frame.

thats all, unless it's thick, then it has to be wet, soaking wet.

I suggest screw though, they hold a lot better.

I agree, bend on the frame. if its super thick and curved, steam it.

first build the frame then screw the plywood to it...but it's stronger and easier if you use several sheets of thin plywood piled on top of eachother....D

It also helps if you start with the bottom screws and work your way up. Make sure you hold the wood down against the frame or have some friends stand on it to hold it in place. If you are using 3/8 plywood, you might want to use two layers. I used one layer of 3/8 and it doesn't seem to be holding up very well.
