I'm going to Ocean shores for a few days.
And i should have my new (to me) pxbommer in riding shape/

So...
Where are the nearest DJ's?
Or trails 'cos I'll have it built up really light.

It's looking like:
xc wheels
avid disc
low end shimano 8-spd
Manitou six (total garbage fork)
no chainguide yet

Oh well, If the FL crew can have DH bikes in Flatorida, I can have a DJ bike in Sandy/flat Ocean Shores

What are your dates? I can tour you around Montesano and Lake Sylvia. You are not going to find anything in Ocean Shores except a steady wind.

I got a flat and the "bike shop" couldn't handle my exotic presta valves..

What did you expect from a tourist town? I wasn't even aware of a bike shop in Ocean Shores - besides it sounds like you were un prepared. What if you were in the woods when you got a flat? I guess you could use pine needles.
