I have a set of 2003 Mavic Ksyrium SL's and have been running 9 speed on them. However I just got a new bike that is Ultegra 10-speed. Does anyone know if the Ksyrium's are 10 speed compatable?

I'm no expert but I think all you'll need is a 10 speed cassette and you'll be good to go. Except that its Shimano and nothing is ever compatible with the previous generation. I do not know if there are different hubs for the 10 and 9 gear cassettes. See - I am no expert. :monkey:

yeah the cassette should fit because the cogs are narrower than the 9 speed cogs. Ok, that's one thing that shimano has done good in the compatibility charts.

Campagnolo 9 and 10 speed cassettes will also both fit on Ksyriums SLs, Elites, Equipe etc. or on any other ED10 freewheel bodies, for that matter.

Because campy is just the best thing ever, that's all :D
