My biking crew continues to dwindle for various reasons. I was hoping to do some shuttle runs at Capitol Forest or do some laps at Skookum Flats. Anyone else interested?

No, but a group of us rode Capital Forest today and the trails were sweet. :thumb:

I want to ride Capitol no shuttle just tough out the climb! I am trying to re-build the cardio!

We're aiming for 20 miles at Sawyer sunday. Steady pace, few stops. I just spent 4 hrs out there brushing back some of the older trails by the Lake.
Anyhow I'll be at the Gate on 169 @ 10am in a white Ford Ranger

Oh... I did not shuttle. It took me 90 minutes to climb the road up. I was originally planning to ride the trail up but time became short.
