Hi, I've been lurking here for nearly a year now, and now I have a question so I come out of my lurkage.
I am looking at bicycling from Washington (Seattle area) to Texas (around Dallas) and I'm trying to map out how exactly to do that, and I was wondering if any of you knew of a map-maker thingy that would be bike friendly? Of course I could just use the regular map maker thingy, but I figured I'd ask first.
Thanks.
ps. I plan on starting in June-ish.

Very cool, I see you took it easy. What were the roads like, and did you just use public roads?

the roads were descent. nothing too bad. i want to say Washington had the worst roads, but i might be wrong. arizona was a little shakey, because we were told the area we were riding through had the worst drunk driving in the States. all public roads.

Ahh, good, just a couple minor modifications and that route could be perfect. (I want to make a stop in Phoenix to visit someone).
