Im looking for something that i can dirt jump most of all but also want to be able to ride it on trails (in ohio so not a lot of hills) and hopefully race some slalom/mountainx this summer. basically its a light dj bike, thinking maybe a jamis komodo or santa cruz chamleon. price range is around 1500. oh and it should probably be a complete bike cause its a graduation present and my parents wont want to run around gettin all the parts. thanks a ton

How about a Chase. Or the D.O.C. would work too.

A Haro Escape 8.3 ight work, I had the 8.1 and once i got the crappy parts off of it it worked pretty well for all you wanna do, just make sure to get the 8.3 cause the components on the others are not too good
