Better XC fork....???? Help!!!

'04 RS Duke SL w/ U-Turn?

or

'03 RS Psylo XC w/ U-Turn?

I know there are both low end forks, but out of just these 2 which one would be better on a XC HT?

never used either, so this is mostly speculation, but for pure XC, the duke. For more aggressive XC... almost trailbikeish, the Psylo.

Duke. Psylo is more traily very light FR fork.
