Could somebody please post up detailed instructions how to remove the lower link on an IH Sunday (Team)? We're trying to replace it with the non-rooted one ( :) ), but can't get the lower link off the front pivot (can't see what's holding it there, can't manage to get it out).

We're in the process of writing up a whole "How to assemble/disassemble Sunday" thingie. Sean from the race team is doing it. Should be done by the weekend. In the meantime, remove the lower pin. Then take a long nail and slightly bend the tip. Then insert in hole and wiggle out the end caps. They are a tight tolerance press fit.

I dont have detailed instructions for you, but I can tell you how to remove the link.

1) Take out the bolts in the Chanstay and Main pivots.

2) remove shock bolts

3) remove chainstay pivot so that the link is attached to the frame without theshock in it.

3) Using a small flat head screwdriver tap the main pivots out as shown. There is a lip inside the link that you can catch with the screwdriver. It would help to put a small bend in the tip of the screwdriver.
