What Letter from the chart is the on they use for "size" a bike? Is it "E?"

Its the center of the BB to the top of the top tube:)

I think some companies use E and some use F.
It would seem that more are favouring F now from the bikes i measure in the shop where I work.

Yup this is absolutely true. Its important to find out how a company measures their bikes. I would say that CtoC is most commone (center of BB to center of top tube)
