Ok so i am going to attempt to rebuil my front wheel with a new hope bigg'n i just got. I haven't done this before and have no idea how to even get started dissassembling the old wheel. Its a doublewide on a ringle hub. Anyone wanna offer up how to get it done? Thanks

Just loosen all the nipples completely and your done. You'll want to get new spokes anyway, unless they are the wrong length, then you'll NEED new spokes. Search for Sheldon Brown's wheelbuilding site on the interwebnet for a good instructional on building the new wheel up. That's primarily where I learnt to build wheels.

Detention the wheel gradually. Doing every 4th spoke is a good idea, whether building or unbuilding. Not doing it this way can bend the rim. Just think "baby steps."
