Okay, I have been informed that my gothic rotors are mounted backwards. Are they?

I heard a theory that most bicycle rotors are placed backwards compared to motorcycles, becaused Hayes messed up an early pair. However, bikes produce much less torque, so we continue to run them the wrong way.

They are backwards. Just swap them. But you may want to look at the rotor itself, they should be a rotation arrow on each one, at least there is on Hayes.

Check here (http://www.hopetech.com/technical/technical_index.htm).

Click on the momo mini, 4 and 6 user manual. Section 2.2 has mounting of rotor direction diagram.
