Okay i am ordering some middleburn rs-7 cranks with an 32 tooth uno ring and i wondered do i use 9 speed type rings or the rings for bmx chains?.
Dont want to sound daft but this is new stuff to me with being a shimano peep for so long.
Also these shadow conspiricy chains will they remove the neewd for the tensioner?.
