Can a sealed bearing hub be converted to a bolt on axel?
I have a diatech rear hub that I would like to change to bolt on and I was told that it cannot be done. (Diatech disc hub: sealed bearings, 8/9sp cassette, 135OL)

Remove your axle and head to the nearest shop that does a lot of BMX. You are looking to match up the spacing between the bearings and it needs to be one of the longer lengths like Bulletproof did for people that wanted to bolt pegs on. For your area you might give Greg's on Bothell Ski & Bike a shout.
