This just in. I recieved an email from a friend who works at summit. He told me that someone got hurt there this year and sewed summit. So in the out come summit isn't going to run DH there this year. Nare just more bikes on the chair lift, no norba, nothin. They going to run CX. Has any one else heard of this?

There's a lot of stuff about this, both here in the Socal section and in the Dowhnhill forum. There were also a couple articles in Velo News. I think there's also a few threads on <www.mtbr.com> Check it out.
