What eye to eye measurement do I have?

I was measuring my eye to eye on my Straight 6....It's a Vanilla, and it measured 5 3/4" while on the bike...Does that equate to 6.5" off the bike?

Very curios, as to what option of rear shocks I have?

Um. Just measure it when you're off the bike.

I think the Straight 6 had a 6.5" i2i but I'm not 100% on that.
