20 mm upgrade

What is the best way to switch the front hub to support a 20mm thru? Is it better to buy the hub and have the rim re-built? What are price ranges of the different options?

I think it's easier to just buy a front hub that is convertable to either qr or 20mm.....there are many out there to chose from....D
