is their stuff sold online anywhere? found nothing on google, and the shops they list on the dealer area of their site doesn't yield any results.

say what?? I've had my rage shorts for over two years, with plenty of sliding around on gravel to boot and they still look nearly new and have held up extremely well....I know they had an issue with the pinner shorts early this past season but went above and beyond in rectifying it.....

Dunno my shorts i got from whistler bike co the big rubber sombrio logo is coming off, the things on the zippers came unglued, and the fabric in general just ripped to shreads when i took a wreck on aline and it was just me sliding on the ground. I like their stuff a lot so ill probably gety more but it ripped up to quick.

the Sombrio jacket i got has held up nicely...

more importantly, the shorts i have are holding up better than the Nemas i have. unfortunately, i got both the jacket and shorts while in Canada (jacket from Whistler Bike Co.). i'd like to get another pair of shorts, but can't exactly drive over to BC.

I would like to try some or their stuff out...but ya, not easy to find in the US. Same for Mace. I've been wanting to get another pair of Mace shorts..but they are impossible to find online! Guess I'll have to wait till my next Whistler trip :thumb:

This was a common problem this year. Sombrio took their production overseas last year to save some money. So, they were using new material suppliers and new production outfits. Not to say that going overseas necessarily equals crappier gear...I think they just didn't make sure their production quality was up to par. Apparently they have dealt with the problems and the new gear is supposed to be better quality.

hm, sent them an e-mail just now, asking where to order from. need to see how much calls to Canada are through Sprint.

--edit--

nevermind, e-mail came back to me.
