1" steerers and 1 1/8" HT

I got an 03 Hollowpoint frame in a swap a few weeks ago, and I'd like to swap over a fork off my old bike. The headset that came with the HP is 1-1/8", but the steerer on my fork is 1".

Is there a way to make it work? Can I buy a new headset (1")? Is there any kind of reducer I could use?

Woodman makes two lines of headsets, one cheap, one not-so-cheap (this is what I was informed in an email from them).

However, I don't know retail on either line so I don't know what qualifies as "cheap".
