GEEZ! You guys are RELENTLESS! :eviltongu

I was TRYING to wait 'til I had it all built up to do a sweet photo shoot afterward :p

Here's the only sneak peak until it's finished:

Didn't have the tools/items for installing the Stan's, so it will have to wait 'til tomorrow or Friday.

im guessing the wheels and parts were in the TLD box, both boxes were from Go-Ride and they enjoy re-using boxes

Yeah they do reuse boxes, I got my Azonic Steehead in a DMR box

COngrats bro, terrific ride. I tell ya, there is a conspiracy to piss me off.... everyone seems to be getting a new Z1FR 150mm for their ride, right when i decided i want to raise cash in order to get one myself...

So what's with that little box propping the bike up? Is that some kind of battery that will be used to power the electric motor? I don't see any shifters or cables or brakes, is it some type of wireless setup with regenerative braking?

Just kidding, it looks pretty sweet but all black has never been my thing. I can guarantee you'll at least think about hucking something stupid within a week. I notice yours is missing the little gusset/metal strip running from the seat tube to the top tube, it must be a small???

Dang you kornboy! :mumble: You're always giving away my secrets! I was going to go to the patent office today but now you've ruined it! I was gonna be rich; RICH I tell ya! :eviltongu

Other notes:

Yes, it's a small
The TLD box had my wheels, helmet, and other components. The electric motor and regenerative braking apparatus is coming from a different vendor.
Stealth black isn't my "thing" either, but it's growing on me

i know a guy with a asx with a sherman single crown and light seat, the thing is FAST and light. !!! why any one would race the lawwill is beyond me.

Kornphlake
11-04-2004, 05:01 PM
Well the seat must be what makes the bike fast hu. :p

The lawill certainly has its place as a downhill race bike, it's got slacker angles and a longer wheelbase which some prefer for racing.

We enjoy recycling 100% of cardboard that is in good enough shape to take a trip across the country. :thumb:

something that upsets me about your boxes is how you waste Go-Ride stickers on the box that i cant unpeel and re-use

Well I don't want to steal the thunder from Bruce's thread, but the stickers we put on the boxes are actually stickers that were made incorrectly. Our regular stickers are made on a vinyl backing, and the first batch of them we got had paper backing, so they were toast as soon as they got wet. We got like 3,000 of them and they are all but useless, so we stick 'em on boxes before they go out.

By the way Bruce, the bike is looking sweet. Send us an image when it's all assembled and we'll get it on our photo page.

James, i found a pile of the collectors item go-ride stickers a few weeks, ya know the ones with the white borders and different pictures in em, it was quite the find, i should clean out my room of bike stuff more often, who knows what i'll find. Oh ya, and want to send some more stickers my way I peeled off all of the stickers on my helmet because after a year they got all ratty and it needs a few :thumb: a few as in a few not a roll of 35 :oink:

A few more notes:

OG, that's probably a good idea :D However, I chose that handle not 'cause I used to ride one, but rather I like what azonic means, "beyond all limits" I like it so much, this little guy's name is Spencer Azonic Buck...

http://www.60hzproductions.com/Temp/Spencer_01.jpg

James, you bet. I'll get some super sweet pics for you to post. Also, I'm actually glad about the little "slip-ups"; it turned out perfect! The Silver 721s look way more pimp!

Zedro, I've got like 10 of those friggin' stickers! If you want I'll send you them for free. Shoot me an email.

gmac, I had no choice. I had to. Good news is that I will have made enough money selling my old bike and the warranty Gemini that I will have only spent half the total cost :D Even then, I STILL spent less on this beauty than my wife spent on her leather couch

Everyone else wanting to know #s. As soon as it's finished, I'll get as many #s as possible (head angle, standover, etc.) Just let me know what "spec" you want to know. :thumb:

I hope you didn't get dressed up for nothing. Get that thing dirty befro we see one more pic.

I usually tell my wife I made some $ or at least broke even buying and selling my old stuff. Although something tells me she knows better.

That is sooo crazy nice. & the Z1 looks like a good match. 66 may have been too much x-tra 1 1/2" crown height...

I like the Silver wheels also. Nice touch.

DAMN !
