They have these warm up creams that will warm your legs. They also have ones for cooling down.

There are several type of creams that you can get for warm up along with recovery. Just make sure you go with the proper temperature range cream. If you use a cream that is intended for colder temperatures on a warm day then your legs will be on fire.
