Since I guess you've got to be a liberal-dimocrat or a republicvnt around here, I'd just like to know which I am.

Where's that political compass thread?

I can't take those surveys. The very questions oversimplify the issues.

True, but they at least give you a vague of idea of where you are in the wilderness.

All I know is that while I might not be a tailor myself, I'm more than willing to point out when the emporer has no clothes

Must we all be judged by the bagginess of our shorts, rather than the content of our character?

Yes it's "gir" art. Exploring the divergent polarizing aspect and complexities of gir's two personalities which oddly converge in this artistic form with two uhm neat colorey sides.
Besides having a broken leg the last three months and spending waaaaaay too much time on the internet have lead me to feel like a robot. And i now have empathy for a majority of monkies on here who have office jobs and have to sit at a glowing box for endless hours. It'll be good to get out and work again.
But my original inspiration and the real reason i now have this avatar is a pal of mine recently turned me on to Invader Zim. And i think gir is cool and stuff.

Well, they work quite well if you want to see yourself in existing terms as defined by others but you are correct in pointing out that they are limited. They only exist within the spectrum of issues and views that are within the survey. The political compass is one of the better ones I've seen. It lacks any capacity for original thought or non-current political/economic theory.

Having said all that, I'd wager that you're no great fan of Bush, but that does not necessarily make you a liberal.
