I got a new singlespeed for commuting so my 2009 SE Draft is up for sale. It was used as a commuter about 2 days a week for about three years, only in the spring, summer and fall. It is in very good shape and has basically the same build as the current Draft on the SE website but with a few exceptions: http://www.sebikes.com/2012_draft.php

The wheels are set up fixie but they are flip-flop hubs and I have a freewheel I will put on it for you. They have maybe 5 rides on them.
The tires are new and are Origin 8s as well (700c x 23).
I have a set of flat bars and a set of low riser bars for it. I'll include both.
Its also got a sweet lime green KMC chain (you can't go wrong with that)
This is a solid singlespeed/fixie that is good both functionally and esthetically. It has a couple of scratches for locking it up but nothing big. And hey, the price is right.
