This spot is for sale near the good trails. The dirt bike track looks really cool from the road, as its all in tall pine trees, not out in the open like most tracks.

Interesting. At least here in the states, property taxes in a lot of states are the primary source of funding for public schools. And states vary *wildly* in the tax rate on property.
For example, in Colorado, our effective *state* rate is 0.49%
In Texas, the effective state rate is 1.60%
